Hotel
Undergraduate and graduate student registration (before 3/13) includes Saturday night hotel accomodation based on quad occupancy. Other participants must make their own hotel reservations and cover the cost of their accomodations. When making reservations, use the party name "Women in Computing".
If you have a hotel room included in your registration, when you arrive at the conference, please go directly to the conference center instead of checking in at the hotel. You will receive keys to your hotel room from the conference organizers during the poster session.

Lunch and dinner on April 5th and breakfast and lunch on April 6th will be provided at no additional charge to registered participants.
